School Drive-Line/Pick Up Information
School driveline systems are designed to streamline and secure the student pickup process at the end of the school day. Here's how it works:
How the Driveline System Works
Family ID Assignment: Each family is assigned a unique Family ID number. This ID is linked to all students in that family.
Hang Tags: Parents receive two durable, reusable hang tags displaying their Family ID. These tags should be hung from the rearview mirror of the vehicle during pickup.
Driveline Dispatch: As vehicles enter the pickup line, school staff stationed outside input the visible Family ID numbers into the Driveline system using a mobile device or computer.
Classroom Notification: Inside the school, the system displays the names of students associated with the entered Family ID on classroom screens, along with their designated pickup locations.
Student Dismissal: Students are released from their classrooms and proceed to the appropriate pickup zone to meet their arriving vehicle.
Dismissal Schedule
Elementary car riders begin being released at 2:55 PM.
Bus riders are released at 3:10 PM.
Students who walk home follow immediately after.
Middle and high school students are released at 3:15 PM.
Please pay close attention to the attached pickup map—for your safety and to ensure the flow of traffic moves smoothly, especially with ongoing campus construction.
We know change can be challenging, but following the designated route is key to a quick and secure dismissal process. By sticking to the mapped path, you’ll help us dramatically reduce release times while ensuring your student remains in a safe location, away from construction zones and traffic confusion. This organized system helps everyone get home faster and more securely when we work together.
