Vacancy Description:
The Early Childhood program for Davis Public Schools will provide engaging and comprehensive instruction to students at the elementary level, fostering creativity, curiosity, social-emotional growth, and a lifelong love of learning. This position is responsible for developing and delivering standards-based lessons that meet the diverse needs of students, managing classroom and studio environments that promote positive behavior and active participation, teaching topics such as early literacy, foundational math skills, social development, communication, fine motor skills, and hands-on learning activities. The instructor will assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teachers and administrators to support overall student success. Additional responsibilities include supervising students during classroom activities, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, participating in professional development opportunities, assisting with school events and programs, and supporting district and site initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management skills, a passion for working with students, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, with a preference for individuals holding appropriate Oklahoma certification in Early Childhood.
Qualification
Oklahoma School Certification in Early Childhood Education, experience preferred

The Art Instructor for Davis Public Schools will provide engaging and comprehensive instruction to students at the secondary level, fostering creativity, artistic expression, and an appreciation for the visual arts. This position is responsible for developing and delivering standards-based lessons that meet the diverse needs of students, managing classroom and studio environments that promote positive behavior and active participation, teaching topics such as drawing, painting, design, art history, and various media techniques. The instructor will assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teachers and administrators to support overall student success. Additional responsibilities include organizing student art displays and exhibits, coordinating events or competitions, and promoting a lifelong appreciation for the arts. Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management skills, a passion for working with students, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, with a preference for individuals holding appropriate Oklahoma certification or experience in art or related fields.

Oklahoma School Certification in Art Education, experience preferred
