It's Be Kind-Do Kind Week at DES! We celebrated "Fill the World Kindness Tuesday" by wearing our travel and vacation shirts! Students and staff were also given a Kindness Challenge to share compliments. It was a day to focus on recognizing and appreciating the positive qualities of others!🐾🌎 #weareDES. #bekind-dokind2025
Today, we celebrated Be Kind-Do Kind Wednesday at DES. Although it was camouflage/wolf gear day, we know that "Wolves Don't HIde from Kindness"-even if we were wearing our camouflage!
Students and staff were also challenged to spread kindness by saying at least 5 kind words or phrases throughout the day!🐾🐺

It's official!!!!! Our little wolves are 100 days smarter! Mrs. Kimbro's second grade will certainly agree that there's no sweeter way to celebrate the 100th Day of School than to solve one of the greatest age old questions of all time....Just how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? These second graders willingly accepted the challenge to find out!🐾
