We're celebrating Izayha, our incredible 3rd grader, who received a well-deserved brag from Mrs. Linville for his work to improve and be better-to do his best in and out of the classroom!
Thanks to Mrs. Webb's new "Yay of the Day" project, Izayha took a selfie with Mrs. Webb, received a positive call home, and autographed his photo which will shine in the hallway for the entire year!
At the end of the year, Izayha will take this special memory home with him. We are so proud of all our amazing students at DES! Keep up the great work, Izayha! 🐾📸📞

Congratulations Mrs.Williams' third grade class....our first H.E.R.O. Class of the year. The goal for all DES classes is to spell the word ATTENDANCE! These kiddos did it! They earned a letter for every day they had 100% attendance---Here-Everyday-Ready-On time=HERO! These kiddos reached Bronze Level Status and earned a cafeteria snack bar day! Their next goal is to spell PERFECT ATTENDANCE!🐾🐺

Davis Middle School Builder's Club's Annual Food Drive is underway. You can help by sending your canned goods and non-perishable food items with your students to school. The deadline for items is Monday, November 18th.
These students were the lucky winners of an Echo Dot courtesy of the GEAR Up for Life grant. Their parents stopped by the info booth during parent/teacher conferences.
Please join us in paying tribute to our Veterans on Monday, November 11th at 9am in the Dorothy Jameson Auditorium. All Veterans are invited for a free breakfast at 8am in the cafeteria prior to the honor ceremony.
